Our Services

ADU Contractor Los Gatos is a licensed California general contractor providing design-build ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) services in Los Gatos, CA and surrounding Santa Clara County. All work is performed by our licensed, insured team.

Estimates and Pricing

Site consultations and initial estimates are provided free of charge. Final pricing is confirmed in a written contract after a site visit and design review. Any changes during construction will be communicated and approved before work proceeds.

Permits & Approvals

We manage the permit application process with the relevant city or county building department, but final approval timelines are ultimately determined by that agency and are not guaranteed.

Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on completed construction, and manufacturer warranties apply to installed materials and fixtures as provided by the respective manufacturers. Warranty terms are detailed in your project contract.
